I am very appreciative of these efforts, but know this will not prevent children from playing in the street and either getting hit by a vehicle or damaging someone's property. This is for a few reasons; security, to keep my dog in, other dogs and (uninvited) people out, and I believe this would also increase my property value. The way I see it we have it good. My sister-in-law pays $100 a month and they don't have a pool, clubhouse, or a playground. We only pay about $230 a year and she pays $1200 a year. If the vote goes to keep the pool we will have free access to a pool in the summer and a playground all year.
