I saw the notice on the website and got the flyer that was passed out last night about the children playing in the streets. I am very appreciative of these efforts, but know this will not prevent children from playing in the street and either getting hit by a vehicle or damaging someone's property. I am hesitant to contact the Dover PD about kids playing in the streets because I feel that this is the least of their worries and they will only respond if a kid is hit or property is damaged (which ...

Has anyone else noticed the nice grafitti that is littering the electrical box and the sidewalk in front of the playground? It appeared sometime Tuesday night between 7 and 11:30 p.m. Who can we contact to clean this up as it looks awful and makes for an unsettling feeling for those kids wanting to play on the playground?

Im not sure what the hamlet associations rules are, but I would like to build a nice 5 to 6 ft tall wooden fence around my back yard. This is for a few reasons; security, to keep my dog in, other dogs and (uninvited) people out, and I believe this would also increase my property value. It would also look nice, atleast the small part you can see from the road. I have already spoken with my neighbors and they are ok with it. What are the regulations?

I hear a lot of people complaining about the high cost of our yearly fees. The way I see it we have it good. My sister-in-law pays $100 a month and they don't have a pool, clubhouse, or a playground. We only pay about $230 a year and she pays $1200 a year. If the vote goes to keep the pool we will have free access to a pool in the summer and a playground all year. If you are still concerned about the fees go to a meeting and learn more about what your money is really paying for and maybe ...
