			<description>I hear a lot of people complaining about the high cost of our yearly fees.  The way I see it we have it good.  My sister-in-law pays $100 a month and they don't have a pool, clubhouse, or a playground.  We only pay about $230 a year and she pays $1200 a year.  If the vote goes to keep the pool we will have free access to a pool in the summer and a playground all year.
