I am very appreciative of these efforts, but know this will not prevent children from playing in the street and either getting hit by a vehicle or damaging someone's property. I am hesitant to contact the Dover PD about kids playing in the streets because I feel that this is the least of their worries and they will only respond if a kid is hit or property is damaged (which ... It appeared sometime Tuesday night between 7 and 11:30 p.m. Who can we contact to clean this up as it looks awful and makes for an unsettling feeling for those kids wanting to play on the playground?
