All pool related question should be run by the pool committee.

Post  haxtonm on Sun Jul 12, 2009 5:27 pm

All pool related question should be run by the pool committee.

The chair of the committee is:
Deneen Bull
Hitching Post Drive
(302) 734-9677

My suggestion is that you go to the pool Wed - Sun sometime between 2-8 pm. They should be able to add her to the appropriate list so she can use the pool. All she has to do is live at your residents to get in at no charge. If she did not live at the residents it $2 a person per visit.

Since paying my dues my sister has moved into my home. How can I make sure she has access to the pool?

Thanks for your conserns regarding the pool.

Post  haxtonm on Thu Jul 09, 2009 1:55 pm

The pool is due to open this summer for a shorter term this summer. That was the last word I got from the pool committee.
(Unofficially Date To Open is July 11,2009)

The current board is standing fast to the by-law that states that house holds have to be in good standings to participate in association events or use the club house and/or pool. As far a membership cards. The last time the pool opened we just had a list of house holds and names of people in the house hold. I understand when the pool opens this year the same will happen. So when the pool opens you should only have to give your address and name. We know who is in what house hold, because of the sheet that comes with your assessments bill. The sheet that asks for the Owner Name and who is in your house hold. If that is filled out you should have no problems using the pool when it opens.

We understand that if we were to let any house hold paid or unpaid use the pool.
That could pave the way for people to not pay there dues and expect the pool to open.

Thanks Again For Your Input and Support,

I paid my dues

Post  PrincessCupcake on Thu Jul 09, 2009 12:33 pm

I have paid my dues each of the nine years I have lived in The Hamlet, but have only used the pool once. This year I decided it might be nice to have a pool and it's not open! Very frustrating that pool readiness depends on people paying their dues. Also, to address the matter of children whose parent's have not paid their dues...KEEP THEM OUT! How unfair to those of us who do bother to pay our dues...makes me wonder why I would pay dues if I could use the pool no matter what.

When will pool passes be issued for this year and where can they be picked up?

Plan for the Pool

Post  haxtonm on Sun Mar 29, 2009 2:12 pm

The Pool will be open this year if the following thing happens. We need more dues to pay for the Utilities and life grad. We currently have dues from 51% of the house holds in the hamlet and we need more. Please Pay You Dues If you have not. So We Can Open The Pool. Thanks
I if you would like to find out what your dues are spent on please visit money matters on the website www.hamlethomesasso.org. You can find out more if you attend the association meetings or read the meeting reports on the website under Assoc. Meetings.
