This question needs to be submitted to the Architectural Committee. There are some specific guidelines for building a fence in this community. The Architectural Chairperson should be notified- Doloris Finger-Wright.

Privacy Fences

Im not sure what the hamlet associations rules are, but I would like to build a nice 5 to 6 ft tall wooden fence around my back yard. This is for a few reasons; security, to keep my dog in, other dogs and (uninvited) people out, and I believe this would also increase my property value. It would also look nice, atleast the small part you can see from the road. I have already spoken with my neighbors and they are ok with it. What are the regulations?
